Meet Our Team

Klaus, Owner

Klaus has been working in the electrical field for over 30 years now. He started when he was only 14 years old, wiring up motors and circuits in poultry houses and taking elevator calls with his dad. His knowledge has been built hands on.  From fuel dispensers to manufacturing and pharmaceutical equipment, there isn't much he hasn't fixed, maintained, installed or replaced.  From a light in the shed to wiring restaurants, you'd be safe to bet he has done it and done it well... twice!

Raymond, Foreman

Raymond has been working in the electrical field since the early 2000's. 8 years of which he was an electrical automotive specialist for Nissan. Raymond's attention to detail is spot on for what customers need and expect from the company they hire. Everything that him and his helper do, gets checked and re-checked before the day is over. With Raymond, everything is by the book, which he can probably recite at this point. No "I" will be left undotted with this one on our team. 

Danny, Lead

Danny, hired in 2026, serves as one of our Leads and brings more than 30 years of electrical experience to the team. He takes pride in running jobs efficiently while making sure every project is completed the right way. As a mentor to his helper, Danny is dedicated to teaching the trade, sharing his knowledge, and helping build the next generation of skilled electricians. His experience, leadership, and commitment to quality make him a trusted part of the company. 

Eric, Lead

Eric joined the company as a lead in 2026. While he may be new to the team, he brings more than 40 years of experience in the field. Eric is known for bringing fresh ideas and practical solutions to every project, while making sure each job is completed with care and precision. He also takes pride in mentoring his helper every step of the way, sharing his knowledge and dedication to the trade. 

Jarrett, Electrician Helper

Jarrett has been with the company since 2021. Every day is a new experience, whether he is on top of a roof, in a crawl space, under a dock, or sent up on a lift. Jarrett goes into every job with a plan and by the end of the day, he ensures that everything has been completed, no matter how late he stays.  

Tanner, Electrician Helper

 Tanner has been with the company since 2023 and has quickly learned that no two days — or jobs — are ever the same. Eager to learn the ins and outs of the trade, he takes on every challenge with a positive attitude and a willingness to grow. What started as learning by watching and listening has turned into taking on greater responsibilities, thanks to the guidance of our Foreman and Leads. And at 6'6", Tanner also serves as the company’s unofficial bill collector. 

Blake, Electrician Helper

Blake has been a dedicated member of the team, since 2025, who is always willing to put in the extra effort to get the job done right. He works hard to understand every aspect of the work and is constantly learning more about the field each day. Whether it means staying late to finish a job or stepping up to work on Saturdays, Blake can always be counted on to help wherever he’s needed. His strong work ethic and commitment to learning make him a valued part of the team. 

Aiden, Electrician Helper

 Aiden joined the company in 2025 and has already shown a strong desire to learn every aspect of the job. His curiosity and determination have helped him quickly grow his knowledge and understanding of the field. Always willing to go wherever he’s needed, take on any task, and put in the extra effort, Aiden brings a hardworking attitude to the team every day. We look forward to watching him continue to grow and succeed in the years ahead. 

Evan, Electrician Helper

 Evan has been with Resolute since 2026 and, as the newest helper on the team, is working hard to learn the ropes and build a strong foundation in the field. Since joining the company, he has already shown a great work ethic by stepping up, staying late when needed, and often being the first to volunteer for Saturday work. With the guidance of our Foreman and Leads, we look forward to watching Evan continue to grow and succeed as part of the team. 

Kristin, Administrator

Kristin started out working 2+ years in the field, but her follow through made it obvious that she was perfect for an administrator position. She has been working with the company's finances, permits, insurances, etc. She has become the eyes and ears that make every piece fit together. She has proven to be the perfect fit for keeping us running behind the scenes.

Sheyanne, Marketing Specialist 

Sheyanne has been working for Resolute on and off since 2021. Here recently, she has created and published this website from scratch, as well as come up with other marketing strategies to get our name out there. Her creativity and knowledge of our community will surely help keep our business booming and our lights on. You can expect to see Resolute at some upcoming events here soon thanks to her ideas. Just be mindful, don't take her favorite pen!
