Jarrett has been with the company since 2021. Every day is a new experience, whether he is on top of a roof, in a crawl space, under a dock, or sent up on a lift. Jarrett goes into every job with a plan and by the end of the day, he ensures that everything has been completed, no matter how late he stays. He stepped into the role as a lead in 2025 and has exceeded all expectations set.
